Debra A. Sandler is President and Founder, LaGrenade Group, LLC. In this role, Sandler heads a marketing consultancy that serves packaged goods companies operating in the health and wellness space. Previously, Sandler served as Chief Health and Well-being Officer at Mars, after serving as Chief Consumer Officer and President, Mars Chocolate North America.
Prior to joining Mars, Sandler spent 10 years with Johnson & Johnson in a variety of leadership roles including Worldwide President of McNeil Nutritionals, a division of Johnson & Johnson responsible for nutritional products including Splenda, Lactaid and Viactic. Previously, Sandler spent 13 years with PepsiCo in leadership positions, including Marketing Vice President with PepsiCo and Marketing Director with Pepsi Americas.
Sandler is a Trustee of Hofstra University and Hampton University.
Sandler holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Hofstra University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
