Kim K.W. Rucker is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Tesoro Corporation, a leading independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products.
Previously, Rucker was Executive Vice President, Corporate & Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kraft Foods Group, Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor of food products and beverages. Prior to joining Kraft Food Group Inc. in 2012, Rucker served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Avon Products, Inc., a global manufacturer of beauty and related products.
Prior to joining Avon, Rucker was Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer for Energy Future Holdings.
Rucker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Iowa, a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
