Kathleen H. Ransier was a Partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Prior to joining Vorys, Ransier was the Managing Partner of Ransier & Ransier LLP. Ransier has over 40 years of experience as an attorney and served as Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General. Prior to that role, Ransier was a securities attorney at the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Securities.
In demand for her expertise, Ransier has presented seminars for continuing education in real estate, women in the law and marketing including, “Business Ethics and Pitfalls,” sponsored by the Columbus Bar Association, “Going Solo or Small Practice,” and “Marketing
Opportunities for a Small Practice” sponsored by the Ohio State Bar Association.
Ransier has received numerous awards for her community and professional achievements.
Ransier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western College and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio
State University College of Law.
