Carol Anthony Davidson was Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Tyco International, LTD. Davidson has an extensive background with complex accounting and financial issues combined with his knowledge of public reporting requirements and processes. Previously, Davidson served as a Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Tyco International plc from January 2004 to September 2012. Prior to that, Davidson served as a Vice President of Audit, Risk, and Compliance for Dell Inc. and as its Vice President and Corporate Controller.
Prior to joining Tyco, Davidson served in financial leadership roles for 16 years from April 1981 to November 1997 at Eastman Kodak Company in a variety of financial, accounting, and auditing positions of increasing responsibility.
Davidson is a Certified Public Accountant. Davidson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College
