Celeste A. Clark is Principal of Abraham Clark Consulting, LLC, an organization that specializes in leadership development, health policy and regulatory affairs. Previously, Clark served as the Senior Vice President of Global Public Policy and External Relations for Kellogg Company. Clark also served as the company’s Chief Sustainability Officer and was a member of the company’s global executive leadership team. Clark provided leadership for Kellogg’s worldwide communications, nutrition science and regulatory programs.
Also, Clark serves as an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. Clark is a member of several professional and civic organizations – including the American Society of Nutrition, National Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and The Links, Incorporated.
