Teha Herzi joins Hilton Supplier Management from Information Technology where she ran IT Strategy Planning, PMO and Governance where she focused on increasing standardization and integration of the company’s systems, while establishing a rigorous and transparent project management system. She introduced a more robust planning, prioritization, governance and project management system as well as implementing simple and strong control processes. Her department established a world-class program management office and implemented a companywide set of required tools, which provided visibility and status tracking on all business and technology projects across the enterprise. Teha’s 20 years of technology integration expertise and global hospitality experience helped set the direction for Hilton Worldwide in technology planning, architecture and governance.

Prior to joining Hilton, Teha ran Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture for Marriott International, Inc. In this role, Teha provided strategic leadership in the establishment of and adherence to a comprehensive strategy, framework and approach to the development of information technology based products and services to support all of Marriott International’s businesses. Prior to Marriott, she worked as a business consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Teha received a bachelor of science in computer science from Boston College in Mass. and a MBA from American University in Washington, D.C.
