Music mogul Jay-Z took no time getting the ball rolling in his new business venture, sports management. The rapper has already signed several top name athletes to his sports management company, Roc Nation, but the most recent to join the team is WNBA beauty, Skylar Diggins.
Jay-Z recently launched the company earlier this year with the aims of signing the best and brightest future athletes, which is why there’s no confusion as to why he targeted Diggins next on his list.
Diggins is a third draft pick in the WNBA and current member of the Tulsa Shocks.
The Tulsa Shocks player is taking women’s basketball to an entire new level with her dynamic personality on and off the court.
Diggins was pictured recently making the “Roc-A-Fella Diamond” confirming her new affiliation with the up and coming company.
No financial details have been released about the new business partnership; however, it can be implied that the venture seems to be starting down a promising road.
The rookie player has a Hollywood-like look that will translate well in endorsement deals and could even land her a few film or TV roles.
Diggins is accompanied by athletes such as New York Yankees 2nd Basemen Robinson Cano, who was signed to the Roc Nation brand a few weeks ago.
