Rosanna Durruthy is Chief Diversity Officer at Cigna, a leading global health services company dedicated to helping customers improve their health, well-being and sense of security. With more than 20 years of multi-industry experience, she leads diversity and inclusion to drive business growth through cross-culturally competent approaches to talent engagement, customer awareness and partner relations.

One of the largest health service companies in the US market, Cigna also operates internationally in 30 countries, and has more than 70 million customer relationships worldwide with more than 30,000 dedicated employees.

Ms. Durruthy presently serves on the board of directors for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). Previously she served as a director on the boards of the Drum Major Institute for Public Policy and Lambda Legal. In 2002 she was named one of the country’s leading Hispanic women by both Hispanic and Hispanic Business magazines.

Durruthy attended Harvard University.
