Robert Gulliver joined the NFL in August, 2010 as the Chief Human Resources Officer.  As a member of the Commissioner’s executive leadership team, Robert has responsibility for the development and delivery of Human Resources strategies across the entire HR platform including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition & Management, Leadership Development, Diversity, Employee Relations and Player Engagement.

Mr. Gulliver joined the NFL from Wells Fargo where he was the Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources for the Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement business unit, based in Charlotte, NC.  He has also held senior HR leadership roles at Citigroup and GE Capital.

Mr. Gulliver has been actively involved in community service and has served on the Boards of the American Red Cross and the Community School of the Arts in Charlotte.  He has also coached several YMCA youth league teams. He holds an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
