The Two Iconic Minority-Controlled Accounting Firms Join Forces to Grow Mitchell Titus’s Footprint in Chicago and Throughout the Midwest and Expand Services of the Largest Minority-Controlled Accounting Firm Operating in Chicago

Mitchell Titus, the largest minority-controlled accounting, tax and advisory firm in the United States, announced it has acquired certain assets of Washington, Pittman & McKeever, LLC, a Chicago-based, minority-owned accounting firm. The terms of the historic agreement, effective immediately, include the acquisition of a majority of Washington, Pittman & McKeever’s long roster of diverse clients and the addition of certain employees. Washington, Pittman & McKeever will continue its operations to service certain government contracts. The firms will draw on their long legacies of diversity and inclusivity to provide improved business outcomes for clients.

Founded in 1974, Mitchell Titus provides a broad range of assurance, tax and advisory services to Fortune 1000 companies, entrepreneurial enterprises, private equity firms, real estate entities, not-for-profit organizations, government entities and high net-worth individuals.
