Leonard McLaughlin is President of the Aon Cornerstone Innovative Solutions group, which is designed to bring distinctive value to clients by connecting carrier and broker relationships with minority-owned joint-ventures across the firm’s three main business units: Aon Risk Services, Aon Benfield and Aon Consulting.

McLaughlin works with targeted clients to provide key products and services through selected minority business enterprises.  He also provides formal training and mentoring programs for certified minority business enterprise partners and carriers, and works to enhance client and customer ability to achieve diversity goals and supplier diversity spend (NMSDC) objectives.

Prior to this, McLaughlin served as Chief Financial Officer of Aon’s Global Offshoring & Project Management Office.  In this role, he successfully drove efficiency improvement efforts by reducing non-revenue generating costs, while balancing potential impact to client service and revenue growth. McLaughlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
