Ms. Lee is a member of ExxonMobil’s Law Management Committee and leads the company’s global litigation team, which includes management and oversight of the company’s extensive portfolio of global litigation and arbitration in a manner that protects the interests of the company and its shareholders. She is also charged with the recruitment, development and supervision of the department’s in-house counsel and support team as well as the selection and stewardship of outside firms retained to represent the company in lawsuits and arbitrations throughout the world.

In addition, Ms. Lee is a member of the Corporate Counsel Women of Color Advisory Board, the Executive Leadership Council and the Houston Bar Foundation. She has held several board positions with nonprofit organizations such as Family Services of Greater Houston and the Houston Area Women’s Center.

Ms. Lee received a B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and her J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
