Mr. Bulls is the Founder and CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle’s highly acclaimed Public Institutions specialty, a practice focused on delivering integrated real estate solutions to government entities, nonprofit organizations, transportation facilities, and higher education institutions. During over 19 years at Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Bulls has worked in the areas of development, investment management and business development/retention. He has developed relationships with many of the firm’s leading clients.

Mr. Bulls is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. He is also on the Board of Directors of Comfort Systems, USA (NYSE:FIX), where he has served on the Audit Committee and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Bulls received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School.
