Felicia Norwood is President of the Mid-America Region for Aetna, Inc. In this role, Norwood is responsible for a 17-state region, for sales and distribution of all products for middle markets, small businesses, individuals, Medicare, public sector and labor segments.  She is also responsible for network management and medical economics for the region.  Prior to her current role, she was President and CEO of ActiveHealth Management, Inc.

Felicia brings over 20 years of public and private sector healthcare experience to her role at Aetna.  Her national and regional health policy and management expertise extends across a wide range of health business operations.

Norwood is a member of the Boys and Girls’ Clubs Jeremiah Milbank Society and the Executive Leadership Council and serves on the Board of the Yale Law School Fund. Norwood received her B.A. in Political Science from Valdosta State University; M.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.
