Wanda Felton is a Senior Adviser, North American Board Practice for Diversity at Spencer Stuart.
Since 2017, Wanda has served on the board of The Greenbrier Companies. She is also a trustee of the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
Felton was a presidential appointee and served under President Obama as Vice Chair & First Vice President of the Export-Import Bank. Prior to EXIM Bank, Felton had a long career on Wall Street. At Helix Associates (a division of Jefferies) and Credit Suisse First Boston. Previously, she was a Managing Director at Hamilton Lane Advisors and worked in corporate finance at Alex. Brown & Sons and Citicorp.
Felton holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Executive Leadership Council.
