Veronica Braker is Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Archer Daniels Midland Company, one of the world’s largest agricultural processors and food ingredient providers.

In that role, Braker leads ADM’s global operations and Technology Center of Excellence, which includes the company’s Environmental, Health And Safety; Quality and Food Safety; Maintenance and Reliability; Utilities Optimization; Capital Planning and Execution; and Process Optimization functions. She is also a member of ADM’s Executive Council.

Braker has more than 25 years of experience in operations leadership. Before joining ADM, she spent eight years in management roles at BASF Corporation, where she championed several safety and industry initiatives, and helped launch a career development program aimed at improving the representation of women in manufacturing and technical roles. She previously held leadership positions at Flint Hills Resources and General Electric.

Braker serves on the National Board of Directors for Women in Manufacturing, the only national trade association dedicated to providing year-round support to promote, support and inspire women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry.

Braker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University.
