Tracy D. Gee is the Vice President of Human Resources and Security for Raytheon Company’s Global Business Development organization.
Gee is responsible for leading all HR and Security operations in 29 U.S. field offices and 17 offices worldwide. In this role, she partners with the CEO of Raytheon International to drive strategy, business development and human capital solutions across the Raytheon enterprise.
Previously, Gee was Director of Human Resources for Raytheon Missile Systems and was responsible for the development and execution of HR strategy and services that enabled organizational capability and growth. In that role, she had responsibility for all of the revenue-producing product lines (in excess of $6.6 billion) and seven functional organizations.
Prior to Raytheon, Gee held leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Group and Fidelity Investments. She began her career at Bank of Boston.
Gee has served on a number of non-profit boards. She is a member of Women in Aerospace and the Federal City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Gee received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College and her Advanced Certificate in Organizational Development from Columbia University.
