Tracey Brand-Sanders is the Global Chief Information Security Officer for UGI Corporation.

In this role, Brand-Sanders is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise Cybersecurity strategy and program, including the oversight of maintaining and monitoring the policies and standards that promote the confidentiality, integrity and availability of UGI’s people, information and systems across 18 countries.

In addition to Brand-Sanders’ career at UGI, she is a founding member of UGI’s Black Organization Leadership & Development Employee Resource Group and a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women – PA. She also holds a governing body position for the Evanta Philadelphia CISO Inner Circle and is an Advisory Council member for the SecureWorld Philadelphia Cohort.

Brand-Sanders serves on the Cyberrisk Alliance Philadelphia Leadership Board and is on the Board of Trustees’ for the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church in Philadelphia and a Board member of the Urban Affairs Coalition.

Brand-Sanders earned a M.S. in Cyber Security from Saint Leo University, a MBA from the Donald R. Tapia School of Business at Saint Leo University, and is a graduate from Chestnut Hill College with a dual degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
