Tiffanie Boyd is Vice President of Human Resources for General Mills North America Retail, the largest business segment in General Mills representing nearly 60% of the company’s sales with well-known North American brands including Annie’s, Betty Crocker, Yoplait, Pillsbury, Old El Paso, Cheerios, Trix, and Lucky Charms.
In this role, Tiffanie is accountable for building talent, organization, and engagement strategies for the more than 10,000 employees supporting North America Retail.
Tiffanie is a purpose-driven leader, known for leveraging the skill and passion of people to solve business problems. Her more than 25 years of experience spans talent management, leadership development, HR transformation, organization design, change management, labor relations and employee engagement.
Tiffanie is also passionate about youth education. She currently serves on the University of Michigan BBA Advisory Board and has worked closely with Minneapolis Public Schools on initiatives to close the achievement gap.
Tiffanie earned a BBA in Finance and an Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organization Behavior from the University of Michigan Ross Business School.
