Shacara N. Delgado is Senior Vice President, Employment & Benefits Law at Realogy Holdings Corp., headquartered in Madison, NJ.
In this role, Delgado manages the company’s Employment and Benefits Law Group, which is responsible for enterprise-wide legal matters relating to the company’s 11,000+ employees as well as legal issues concerning the company-owned franchisee and its 45,000+ independent contractor real estate agents.
Delgado provides legal advice and manages employment litigation and benefit issues regarding Realogy and its subsidiaries.
Delgado served as the Executive Chair of Realogy’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. She is also a member of the company’s Core Crisis Team and the company’s HIPAA Privacy Officer.
In addition to her legal work, Delgado is a Trustee for Tri-County Scholarship Fund, serves on the Advisory Council for the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, and past Vice President of the Morristown Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Delgado holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Seton Hall University.
