Sandra J. Evers-Manly is the Vice President, Global Corporate Responsibility for Northrop Grumman Corporation.

 

In this role, she has a varied range of responsibilities, which include enterprise-wide charitable giving, corporate citizenship, diversity and inclusion, the employee assistance program, equal employment opportunity, ethics and business conduct, Operation IMPACT (which supports the hiring of Wounded Warriors), and workplace accommodations.

 

Evers-Manly is also president of the Northrop Grumman Foundation which focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education. She oversees the Northrop Grumman Women’s Conference as well as the Northrop Grumman Diversity & Inclusion Conference. She has responsibility for overseeing the company’s 13 employee resource groups. In her private life, she is also Founder and President of the Black Hollywood Education and Resource Center which supports emerging filmmakers.

 

Evers-Manly started a new initiative called “Films With A Purpose” which has produced several thought-provoking films bringing awareness to such issues as bullying, aging out of foster care system, homelessness, and key historical events.

 

Evers-Manly holds a Bachelor’s degree from USC and, in 2019, received the USC Alumni Association’s Outstanding Alumni Merit Award.
