Reed V. Tuckson, M.D. is Managing Director of Tuckson Health Connections, LLC. In this role, Tuckson heads a health and medical care consulting business that brings people and
ideas together to promote optimal health outcomes and value through innovation and integration.
Previously, Tuckson was Executive Vice President and Chief of Medical Affairs for United Health Group, a Fortune 20 health and well being company, which includes the nation’s largest health insurer and the industry’s most comprehensive health services
company.
Tuckson is President of the American Telemedicine Association and serves on the Advisory Committees of the National Institutes of Health including the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health.
Tuckson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University and an M.D. degree from
Georgetown University School of Medicine, and is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s General Internal Medicine Residency and Fellowship Programs.
