Ramsey Changoo is Vice President & Managing Director for the global Industrial and Specialty Group at Cooper Standard Inc, a manufacturer of sealing and fluid handling systems for diverse transportation and industrial markets.
In this role, Changoo provides leadership to progress Cooper Standard’s diversification strategy to accelerate growth and maximize the value of the Company’s products and technologies. Changoo is a member of the Company’s global leadership team.
During his time at Cooper Standard, Changoo has held leadership positions in finance, operations, and strategy. He has led restructuring, divestitures, acquisitions, and managed global initiatives around growth, standardization, and integration to improve and sustain the performance of the business.
As a co-lead for the Company’s diversity inclusion and belonging (DIB) action group, and as a mentor and coach, Changoo is helping advance and leverage diversity to further strengthen the Cooper Standard team.
Prior to Cooper Standard, Changoo held positions of increasing responsibility at Tower International and ZF (Formally TRW Automotive) Group.
Changoo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern Kellogg-HKUST.
