Qiana Williams is the Vice President and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Ohio- Health, the largest health system in central Ohio, responsible for thoughtful direction and impactful approaches to driving employee engagement, protecting and promoting positive culture and system strategy around diversity and inclusion (D&I).

 

Qiana has over 15 years of experience spanning a variety of national and global industries and businesses, including healthcare, consumer products, financial services, manufacturing and retail, and education.

 

Qiana has significant expertise in partnering with senior leaders to drive business strategy, culture transformation, workforce planning and talent management. In her current role, she leads the organization in shaping hearts and minds to embrace the diversity and inclusion journey, ensuring that no matter who you are or where you come from, you feel you belong.

 

Qiana is the author of two books: Win at Work: A Career Roadmap for Building a Wildly Successful Career and The Career Roadmap.

 

Qiana holds an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and graduate degrees from Xavier University and the University of Georgia. Qiana is a member of Calibr of the Executive Leadership Council.
