Obed Louissaint is Senior Vice President, Transformation and Culture for IBM.

In this role, Louissaint focuses on creating a growth & inclusive culture and enabling +250,000 IBMers to be the catalyst that makes the world work better. Obed leads the areas of Leadership, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Experience and Transformation for IBM.

In his previous roles Louissaint led talent for IBM and led HR for several growth businesses. He has over 20 years of experience at IBM across multiple geographies and business units in the areas of workforce management, diversity, talent management and delivery.

Louissaint also serves on the U.S. Department of Labor Advisory Committee on Apprenticeship, is a member of The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and works closely with numerous public and private organizations to expand pathways for underserved constituencies into family sustaining careers.

Louissaint holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He serves as Chair of the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME).
