Noni L. Ellison is Carestream Dental’s General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. As the leader of Carestream Dental’s legal and compliance teams, she manages legal and business professionals based in France, the United Kingdom, China and the United States. In addition, Ellison oversees facilities, security and real estate worldwide.
Prior to joining Carestream Dental in 2017, Ellison served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at W.W. Grainger, Inc., where she was responsible for leading the support on fi nance, treasury and governance issues globally.
Before Grainger, Ellison held roles of increasing responsibility at Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc., based in Atlanta and Hong Kong, often handling licensing, marketing and international joint venture deals while leading marketing for Turner’s entertainment networks and managing Turner’s music division.
Ellison currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Chicago and the Atlanta Speech School.
Ellison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University, magna cum laude, and her Law degree, MBA, and certification in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Chicago.
