Noni L. Ellison is Carestream Dental’s General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. Ellison joined Carestream Dental in 2017 and built the company’s first global legal and compliance departments. She currently oversees legal, compliance, governance, security, regulatory affairs and quality assurance world-wide. In connection with these responsibilities, Ellison manages legal and business professionals based in North and South America, Asia, and Europe.
Prior to joining Carestream Dental, Ellison served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at W.W. Grainger, Inc.
Ellison has received numerous honors and awards. In 2019, Ellison was named to the Legal 500 GC Powerlist: United States. She has also received the Justice Benham Service to Community Award from the State Bar of Georgia, YWCA’s Woman of Achievement Award, and Georgia Diversity Council’s Multicultural Leadership Award.
Ellison serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Chicago and the Atlanta Speech School; the Board of Directors for Goodwill of North Georgia; and is a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta.
Ellison received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University, magna cum laude. She earned her law degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
