Nigel F. Telman is a Partner in the Labor & Employment Department of Proskauer, a leading global law fi rm with over 700 lawyers active in virtually every major market worldwide. Proskauer represents Fortune 100 clients around the globe, and its Labor & Employment Department is consistently ranked as one of the best and most prestigious in the country.
Nigel leads Proskauer’s Chicago-based Midwest Labor practice and is the nationwide co-head of the fi rm’s Employment Litigation & Arbitration Group. He provides advice and counsel to clients on their most complex and high-stakes matters, which often includes representing them in federal and state courts and government agencies throughout the country.
In addition, clients routinely call upon Nigel to handle their most sensitive internal investigations, which often involve allegations of wrongdoing lodged against senior executives. Nigel is ranked as a “Leading Individual” by Chambers USA, where he is described by clients as being “business-savvy and delivering stellar results”.
Nigel holds a BA from Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations and a JD from Boston University School of Law. Prior to Law School, Nigel worked as an analyst for JP Morgan Bank.
