Natalie Stute is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Consilio LLC, a global industry-leader in eDiscovery and Legal Services. Stute is one of the 10 named executive officers of the company.
In this role, Stute is responsible for the global talent management strategies, total rewards, recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement, HR compliance, and employee development across 15 countries and 70+ offices.
Stute has helped lead talent and culture integration efforts for 10 acquisitions globally over the last three years with Consilio, helping grow the company from 50 employees to over 3,000.
A common thread of Stute’s experience is in leading high-performing teams, being a strategic business partner, organizational design, extensive talent integration through M&A activity, strengthening employee engagement and transforming cultures for profitable business success.
Previously, Stute was Head of HR at Jostens and held various leadership roles at Travelers Insurance and Best Buy. With two separate companies, Stute successfully helped sell the company to new private equity firms.
Stute serves as an Executive Mentor for Menttium.
Stute holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Psychology from Florida A&M University and MA-HRIR from the University of Minnesota.
