Nancy Armand is Head of Portfolio Management at HSBC Bank USA, having recently returned to the United States after five years in London England.
In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that the entire proprietary card customer base in Retail Bank and Wealth Management (RBWM) is both positively engaged with and satisfied with the brand when using their HSBC credit cards.
Prior to this role, Nancy was the Executive Vice President and Interim Regional Head of Marketing for RBWM Europe at HSBC in the UK. In this position, Nancy led the country marketing teams of Europe as well as the First Direct and M&S Bank brands in driving customer engagement and supporting revenue growth.
She joined HSBC in late 2006, leading the Mass Affluent (HSBC Premier) proposition in the US. Subsequently, she became the Regional Head of North America Marketing for RBWM covering the US, Bermuda and Canada markets.
Armand is a member of the Junior League, The Links, Incorporated, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and serves as a board member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Armand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology from Washington University.
