Michelle Cooke is a Partner and co-chair of the intellectual property group of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where she also is chair of Manatt’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

She is known particularly for her ability to navigate transborder IP transactions, disputes and enforcement challenges.
