Mark Smalls is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at JAMS, the world’s largest private alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.

In this role, Smalls oversees marketing and communications strategy globally and provides leadership to the managers tasked with business development responsibilities.

Smalls currently chairs the JAMS Diversity Committee and serves on the JAMS Foundation board. He was selected as a winner of The Equality Leadership Award in 2021 by The CMO Club.

In addition, Smalls was selected as a recipient of the Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2022 Diversity Leader Award.

Smalls has held marketing positions at Unilever, Pepsi and Citigroup. While at Citi, he served in a variety of roles, including EVP of Consumer Marketing for Diners Club North America.

Smalls has served as a mentor with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters & 100 Black Men of America.

Smalls was a Johnson & Johnson Leadership Fellow at Columbia University, where he earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing.

He received his B.A. in Management from Duke University.
