Mark Hatcher is a Partner at BakerHostetler focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions for health care systems and health insurance providers, and he has experience with healthcare regulatory compliance, data breach and patient privacy matters.
Hatcher recently represented a client in connection with a $2 billion acquisition of a health cooperative, which operates an integrated health system, including an HMO, medical clinics and other care delivery operations.
Hatcher is a leader within the firm serving as the Hiring Partner for the Columbus, Ohio office and as a member of the firmwide Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Hatcher currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, and as Chairman of the Board of the Isabelle Ridgway Foundation. Hatcher is also a 2016 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Hatcher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, a Master’s degree from Tiffin University, a J.D. (cum laude), and a LL.M. (with honors) in business and taxation from Capital University Law School.
