Hawthorne L. Proctor is Managing Partner, at Proctor & Boone LLC and a Senior Logistics
Consultant in the Department of Defense Business Group of Intelligent Decisions, Inc. Major General Proctor is CEO of ProMar Inc, a small Service Disabled Veteran- Owned Business (SDVOB). Major General Proctor served 35 years in the United States Army. He was Chief Operating Officer of Innovative Logistics Techniques, Inc. from February 2004 to 2006.
Major General Proctor has served as a Board member for the National Industries for the Blind
and is currently serving as a Board member for the ThanksUSA Foundation. ThanksUSA provides scholarships to family members of those serving as Active Duty in the Armed Forces for at least six months since September 11, 2001.
Major General Proctor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from
North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
