Lynn Crump-Caine served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations of McDonalds Corporation, where she directed global operations for more than 31,000 restaurants worldwide. In 2005, Crump-Caine founded Outside in Consulting, a firm focused on leadership development. She blends her executive management expertise with her corporate and field experience to produce creative, results-focused solutions, for her clients.
Crump-Caine is an executive mentor with Exco Leadership Group where she mentors senior leaders and CEO succession candidates. In addition to her current board service, past directorships include Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and G&K Services. In her role as a director, she has been an active part of three strategic revitalizations and several CEO succession transitions.
Crump-Caine has completed executive education programs at Northwestern University, Harvard Business School and the McDonald’s Executive Development Program.
