Lois Elizabeth Bingham is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Libbey Glass, a premier glassware and tableware manufacturer operating in the Americas, Europe, and China. A member of Libbey’s executive management team, she oversees legal affairs, corporate compliance, corporate governance, and its global insurance program.
Before, Bingham served as Executive Director for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., responsible for National Headquarters operations of the international service organization.
Before Delta, Bingham served eight years as Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Compliance Officer for Yazaki North America, a Tier 1 automotive supplier. At Yazaki, she managed legal affairs, corporate compliance, and corporate governance for all Yazaki affiliates and subsidiaries in North and Central America.
Bingham has also served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary for R. L. Polk & Co (later acquired by IHS Markit), and as Of Counsel with Butzel Long in the Business, Finance, and Transactions practice group.
Bingham serves on the Board of Directors of USA Gymnastics and oversees its Ethics and Grievance Committee. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University School of Law.
