Lindbergh Porter is the Chairman of the Board of Littler Mendelson. He represents employers in class action and single plaintiff litigation and in National Labor Relations Board, EEOC, Department of Labor and state agency investigations and trials.

 

In addition to scores of court, jury, and administrative trials and arbitrations, Porter has argued precedent-setting appeals before United States and California courts of appeal.

 

Porter serves as an early neutral evaluator for the United States District Court and has served as a Lawyer Representative to the United States Court of Appeals, as president of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and chair of the National Bar Association Labor Law Section.

 

Porter is a Trustee of the University of San Francisco, a board member of the San Francisco Giants Community Fund, and a board member of San Francisco Film. Porter is a fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and has been named in The Best Lawyers in America©. He has received Community Service Awards from the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Charles Houston Bar Association and others.

 

His J.D. is from the University of San Francisco School of Law and A.B. from the University of Illinois.
