Leslie D. Hale is Chief Executive Officer of RLJ Lodging Trust. In this role, Hale is responsible for all financial matters and daily operations across RLJ.
She oversees the execution of all asset and corporate level transactions, investor relations, and the management of the Company’s Asset Management and Design and Construction functions.
Prior to August 2018, Hale served as CFO since 2007, EVP of Real Estate & Finance since 2013 and COO since 2016.
Previously, Hale held several positions of increasing responsibility within General Electric Capital Corporation (“GE”), including VP in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of GE Commercial Finance and Associate Director in the Strategic Capital Group of GE Real Estate.
Hale holds a BBA from Howard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Goldman Sachs and Robert F. Toigo Fellow.
