Lauren Linder is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for The Weather Channel television network, where she advises all aspects of the business on a range of transactional and litigation matters.
Prior to this role, Lauren was the lead lawyer for the television business and digital video content business for The Weather Company. Lauren previously represented truTV and Turner Studios as counsel at Turner Broadcasting, focusing on production.
Before that, Lauren was an associate in the trademark and copyright practice at Kilpatrick Townsend.
As a former educator and dancer, her volunteerism and non-profit board leadership reflects her passion for education, the arts, and inter-cultural collaboration.
Lauren lives on the westside of Atlanta with her husband Jonathan, their six-month-old twins, and their dog, Shiva.
Lauren received her bachelor’s degree from Brown University and her juris doctor from Duke University.
