LaShonda Oglesbee is Vice President, Global Head of Strategic Enablement & Change at Assurant, a Fortune 300 global business services company that supports the advancement of the connected world.

Oglesbee is a member of the Assurant Leadership Team and leads the strategy and execution of the company’s enterprise change management function and employee engagement efforts. She provides strategic oversight for a wide array of transformations including Human Resources for mergers and acquisitions.

Oglesbee is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement, leveraging insights from the voices of 16,000 employees and an extensive network of global Engagement Champion Teams, to enhance the employee experience.

Oglesbee has 19 years of consulting experience working for Deloitte Consulting, Conner Partners, and North Highland.

Oglesbee serves on the Board of Directors of Nicholas House homeless shelter and is former president of Buckhead Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America.

Oglesbee received her B.A. from Spelman College and her M.B.A from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
