LaChelle Porter-Ainer is Head of Global Digital Support and Contact Centers at HP Inc., which creates technology that “makes life better for everyone, everywhere” through its portfolio of printers, PCs, mobile devices, solutions and services. In this role, she defines global strategy for post-sales support experiences through digital interactions and in contact centers across HP’s product portfolio. She also designs and enables the digital support model and manages operations for the support web, on-device tools and social media.
Currently, Porter-Ainer is leading a multi-year digital transformation bringing artificial intelligence, cloud technologies and automation to support touchpoints for millions of HP customers in 170 countries around the globe.
During her 20-year tenure at HP, Porter-Ainer has held senior management roles in Global Support Strategy, Operations & Analytics, Executive Operations and Market & Competitive Analysis across various business groups. She’s also held positions in Marketing and Finance. Prior to HP, Porter-Ainer was a senior associate at Ernst & Young (EY).
Porter-Ainer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
