Kimberley Goode is Chief Communications & Social Impact Officer of BMO Financial Group.

In this role, Goode is accountable for positioning the eighth largest bank in North America through enterprise-wide communications, media relations, government relations and social impact, which includes more than $60 million in annual charitable giving. She also serves on the company’s Leadership Committee for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Goode has vast experience in large global companies across multiple industries, including financial services, health care, customer packaged goods, travel and technology. She has successfully achieved business results through integrated communications and reputation management.

Goode serves on the Board of Governors for the California State University Foundation and the Board of Trustees for the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation.

Goode is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, The Links, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She also serves as a mentor for students, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs and is a sought- after speaker focused on empowering people and organizations to remove barriers to equity.

Goode earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Northwestern University.
