Kim K.W. Rucker is an accomplished executive, holding senior leadership team positions since 2004. Currently EVP, General Counsel & Secretary of Andeavor, a Fortune 100 company. She has held similar top legal leadership roles at Kraft (Kraft-Heinz) and Avon.
Kim serves on the Board of Directors of Lennox International, a $3.8 billion global company, and the Board of Trustees of Johns Hopkins Medicine, an $8 billion nonprofit.
She has been described as “an extraordinary strategic leader,” with a passion for developing people to perform their best. Kim is focused and has a sense of purpose and enthusiasm that she infuses in those around her.
Kim has numerous recognitions and awards for her achievements. She is a sought-after speaker on a variety of topics, including corporate governance, corporate reputation, leadership, ethics and compliance and managing for value, and she has authored many articles and a book chapter.
Kim holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. She was raised in the Chicago area and lives in San Antonio with her husband and two children.
