Kim Crawford Goodman is the Chief Executive Officer at Smarsh, a market-leading company focused on enabling organizations to easily manage risk and uncover the value within their communications data.
In her role as CEO, she is focused on scaling the organization’s operations and capacity to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
Prior to joining Smarsh, Goodman served as Head of Payments and Risk Solutions at Fiserv, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. Before joining Fiserv, Goodman was Chief Executive Officer of Worldpay US, and president of Global Business Travel and Merchant Services Americas for American Express.
Goodman is a member of the Board of Directors of Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR).
Goodman was previously named one of the Most Powerful Black Executives in America by FORTUNE® magazine. In 2019, she was honored for her leadership by Finovate as Executive of the Year and was named among the Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology by the Financial Technology Report.
Goodman is a graduate of Stanford University with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She also earned a MBA from Harvard Business School.
