Kevin Warren is the Chief Marketing Officer for UPS.
In this role, Kevin is responsible for U.S. Marketing, International Marketing, The UPS Store, Digital Infrastructure Analytics, Revenue Management, Business Planning & Forecasting, Customer Experience and Loyalty Management, Segment Marketing, as well as Customer Communications and Public Relations.
Most recently, Kevin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Xerox Corporation, where he was responsible for marketing, worldwide channel strategy, salesforce effectiveness, and global client engagement for the company’s diverse portfolio of hardware, software, and services.
Kevin also served as president of Xerox’s Global Growth Opportunities, responsible for accelerating international revenue growth and led the integration activity surrounding Xerox’s $1.5 billion purchase of Global Imaging Systems. In 2010, he was named President of U.S. Client Operations.
Kevin serves as a Director of Illinois Toolworks, Georgetown University and The UPS Foundation and is a member of The Executive Leadership Council.
Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Georgetown University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having completed the Advanced Management Program.
