Kenneth Escoe is Executive Vice President (EVP) of Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Specialty Products Segment.

In this role, Kenneth oversees a $2 Billion portfolio of diverse businesses serving various industries including consumer packaging, aviation, and household appliances. Prior to his appointment as EVP, he served as Group President and was Vice President & General Manager of two of ITW’s business.

Prior to joining ITW, Kenneth was co-founder of Energy Growth Partners (EGP), a private equity sponsor investing in energy efficiency solutions. Prior to EGP, Kenneth was VP of Business Development at Apex Tool Group and held several sales and marketing leadership roles at the Danaher Corporation.

Prior to Danaher, Kenneth held various roles at The Timken Company. He was also a co-founder of D&A Personal Investment Firm, providing professional services to real estate and stock investment clubs.

Kenneth serves on the Ocean Conservancy’s Trash Free Seas Alliance and the Beer Institute’s Ex-Officio board.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from NC A&T State University and Georgia Tech respectively, both in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard.
