Kelly A. Baker serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Pentair, a global a water treatment company with approximately 110 locations in 30 countries and 10,000 employees.

In this role, Baker is responsible for all aspects of human resources for Pentair employees around the globe, including: compensation and benefits, talent management, labor, and employment.
Prior to joining the company in 2017, Baker served as CHRO for Minnesota-based Patterson Companies. In addition, for more than 20 years she held various human resources roles during her tenure at General Mills, including VP of HR for the U.S. segment.
Baker holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Howard University.
