Kelley Cornish is a diversity and inclusion executive, author and speaker. She serves as the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for the TD Bank Group, charged with the bank’s efforts to promote diversity throughout U.S. and Canada, including implementing and delivering its D&I strategy.
Cornish joined TD in 2017 and led significant momentum in TD’s U.S. D&I efforts, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in D&I and HR.
Recent accomplishments include the 2019 Top 25 Influential Black Women in Business, the 2018 Career Mastered Award, and being a member of the top team of distinction for the American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking Award. In 2018, TD Bank received honors for the first time by Forbes as a Best Employer for Diversity and received the Urban League of New York’s Diversity Champion Award.
A Certified Diversity Professional by Cornell University, Cornish has completed executive education at the Harvard Kennedy School in strategies for leading and building diverse organizations.
Cornish holds a BS degree from the University of South Carolina Aiken in Business Administration and Masters from Webster University in Human Resources.
