Kathleen Wilson-Thompson is the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer for Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.
In this role, Wilson-Thompson is responsible for all human resource-related strategy globally.
Prior to Walgreens, Wilson-Thompson held several positions of increasing responsibility in the operations and legal departments at the Kellogg Company from 1992 to 2010.
Wilson-Thompson serves on the Board of the NAACP Foundation, The Chicago Children’s Choir, The Alumni Association of the University of Michigan and Skills for Chicagoland’s Future and is a member of the National Advisory Board of the National Civil Right Museum.
Wilson-Thompson serves on the Board of Directors for Ashland Global Holdings Inc and Tesla Inc.
Wilson-Thompson holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor and an LLM, Master of Laws in Corporate and Finance Law, both from Wayne Kathleen Wilson-Thompson State University.
