James is an Executive Officer of Stanley Black & Decker.

In this role, James results-oriented experience includes business transformation execution, strategy development, customer relationship management, engineering, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and global business integration.

James has been with Stanley Black & Decker since 2013 when he joined as President for the Industrial & Automotive Repair business. He has held global senior executive business unit leadership and manufacturing operations roles.

Prior to that, James was Senior Vice President & General Manager at TE Connectivity, where he was responsible for North and South America’s automotive connectivity business.

James also has executive leadership experience at Delphi Corporation and General Motors Corporation.

James earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
